Shipping rate varies according to the weight of the cart, shipping method and shipping address, you can check it during checkout. It takes about 10-20 business days to reach Australia.
Please take note of the below
- Package will be delivered by destination country national post for last mile delivery.
- Package will be abandoned at destination country if the package is not collected. We will not hold liable for failed delivery, please always keep track the package.
- We will not hold liable for lost of package if the package reached destination country or status was shown "Delivered".
- We will not hold liable for failed delivery due to incomplete shipping address.
- The delivery time frame is based in best ESTIMATION. All transit times are subject to Customs Clearance, transport conditions, weather conditions, volume of mail traffic and etc.
- International shipments may subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the Recipient.
- Estimated delivery time frame EXCLUDE processing time (found in product description).
- Please provide contact number, postal code and buzz code (if any) in the shipping address. DO NOT enter P.O Box address.
- Delivery is usually done from Monday to Friday, working hours only.
- Please contact us if the package did not reach within the mentioned delivery time frame, else we will not be able to perform investigation with shipper. We will not entertain any claim after such period.
- It’s the buyer's responsibility to track the package, please track regularly.
